On Tuesday morning, I looked outside my window and saw that the woman across the way was drying up peppers -- see I told you spying on her might be as interesting as a great view. :)

I think they are mostly beans, Lynn. The red things on the right look more like tomatoes to me. I helped shell beans like those in a famous Venetian restaurant (al Mascaron) last time I was there.
