I started off my first day on the Big Bus going all over London, trying to make sure I wasn't dreaming, that I truly was IN London.

As we started driving across the Waterloo Bridge, the "cute" Big Bus guide told us to make sure to have our cameras ready since there would be a great picture of the new London and the old London.

On Monday, August 30th, I took the tube for the first time and went to the Tower of London. At first, I was a little nervous about taking the tube, but soon got over it and grew to love its convenience!

And then another sign, these people are very proud of their bathroom.

Yet, another sign...boy, no wonder their bathrooms are clean, you're so busy reading the signs, you don't have time to do anything else...

As I hung my camera on the hook in the back of the bathroom, I thought how easy it would be to take a picture of myself since I was traveling alone at that point. And since there were so many signs in that bathroom, I thought it might be important enough to actually take a picture of myself in that "loo". At that time, I didn't realize what I had started for myself.....
